It feels heavy enough that an awkwardly bent cord isn’t going to push the lid open, and it has a smooth finish to it, so I’m not worried about the box scratching my hardwood floors. Plus, our apartment feels safer now for our inquisitive puppy who would occasionally see a power cord as something he’d like to put in his mouth.
